Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Sessions will not begin until payment is made in full.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule may be allowed based on availability and photographer approval.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund or extension.

Image Delivery

Edited images are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.

Creative Style

By booking, clients acknowledge and accept the photographer’s editing style and creative vision.

Copyright

The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Agreement

By booking and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
